Couples, Partners, Individuals,and Families

Tired of Waiting for Therapy?

How can I help?

  • Two women lying in bed, smiling and looking at each other affectionately.

    Relationship Therapy

Create stronger, more fulfilling, and emotionally safe connections. Navigate communication breakdowns, repetitive arguments, mismatched desires, emotional distance, shared responsibilities, and more. All relationship structures and dynamics are welcome here.

  • Young woman with long dark hair, wearing a brown sweater, sitting on outdoor steps, looking thoughtfully to the side.

    Individual Therapy

Anxiety, low self-esteem, shame, depression, mood changes, and other challenges can interfere with how you show up in your life. This is a safe space to express your feelings, thoughts, and experiences- no conversation is too much. Work toward understanding yourself, exploring what matters to you, and enhancing your sense of self-worth.

  • Two people with shoulder-length hair, one with dark hair and one with reddish hair, sitting close together with their heads resting on each other's shoulders in an indoor setting with modern walls and a glass ceiling.

    Family Therapy

Whether you're navigating parenting challenges, life transitions, mismatched needs, high conflict, or generational wounds, this work supports each member in feeling heard and understood. Strengthen emotional safety, improve problem-solving, and create more respectful, connected, and resilient relationships at home.

Hi, I’m Meryn!

I’m a Denver-based therapist who is proudly queer-affirming and sex-positive, passionate about working with couples, partners, individuals, and families across the spectrum of identity and experience.

At the heart of my practice is the understanding that we are wired for connection and belonging. I believe that healing begins in safe, affirming, and supportive relationships—including the one we build together. My hope is that you leave each session feeling grounded, seen, and more connected to yourself.

I care about helping people get in touch with what really matters to them: their values, their voice, and their capacity for joy.

I use a blend of techniques to fit your personality, preferences, and style. You choose the pacing, content, and exercises that resonate with you. I’ll be your sounding board, cheerleader, and accountability partner.

I value authenticity, humor, acceptance, open-mindedness, curiosity, and collaboration in the therapy space.
